You must not violate any laws including but not limited to hacking, identity theft, theft or plagiarism.
You must not expose NewHaze or its users to legal liabilities as a result of your actions.
NewHaze is not responsible for any of the user-generated content on the site. The submitter claims to own copyright to material, and so will hold full legal liability as a result.
NewHaze reserves the right to update these terms of service without notification or warning.
NewHaze also reserves the right to terminate your account, should you break any of these, or future, terms.

V. Advertising network
The views expressed by advertisers are solely those of the advertiser and may not be views shared by NewHaze or any of its partners.
Adverts submitted to NewHaze should be suitable for the audience specified.
You may not repeatedly click on adverts in order to generate you or your friends additional income. This behaviour may result in account termination or removal of income.
VI. Adding games

All content within games should belong to you, or you have permission to include and distribute them. Additionally, files should meet the uploading terms (section III, above).
On game pages within NewHaze Developers, the site identifies particular keywords such as "Hannah Montana" and "Ben 10" to automatically identify some breaches in copyright. This will be identified by a red banner on the page.
